RETURNS HOW-TO & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for ordering with us. Do you need to return an item? No problem! Here at COÉGA, we fully understand that at times, there may be reasons that you might want to return something you have bought with us, so we are here to make sure we offer a quick and easy return for you. Please read our Returns Policy below and click the blue-coloured RETURNS FORM tab on the left side of this page, to open the Return Request Form on your screen. Please scroll towards the bottom of this page to see the blue-coloured tab.

RETURNS POLICY

• You can return your item(s) within 14 days for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping costs).
• We do not offer exchanges.
• Fill out and submit the Returns form to receive an email confirmation from us guiding you further.
• Full refunds (excluding shipping and handling charges) are available for all full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.  All shipping expenses will be the customer’s responsibility.
• All Sale Items (meaning those items bought at a discounted rate whether that be with a promotion code or sale online) cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. 
• In case a customer refuses to accept the order for any reason or places a returns request, shipping charges for delivery and returns as well as any applicable duties/taxes/fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 
• Any item that is being returned must be in their original condition, unworn, must have the original packaging, all tags and sanitary labels, accessories and embellishments fully intact. Once COÉGA has received your returned item(s), they will be inspected before a refund is issued.
• If you wish to exchange your product, please complete and submit the Returns Form below and place a new order with us for the replacement. All shipping expenses will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Any item that is being returned must be in their original condition, unworn, must have the original packaging, all tags and sanitary labels, accessories and embellishments fully intact. Once COÉGA has received your returned item, they will be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.
COÉGA reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
• All items are quality controlled and checked before dispatching to a customer. A complete set must be included with your return. For example- an Islamic suit needs to be returned as a complete set that means Tunic & Trousers.
• If you have received a defective/damaged product, please submit a Return request below. We will revert back to you at the earliest and will replace the defective product at no extra cost to you.
• Any excessive activity with regards to returning items will be reviewed by COÉGA and can be refused at our discretion.
• Refunds are generally processed within 14 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. If payment was made by Credit card, the refund amount will be credited back to your account. Depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 14-45 additional business days before the funds are back on your credit card or bank account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way. 
• Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed or refunded in any way. All future shipping charges for returns or store credit will also be the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Please ensure you retain proof of postage as we are not responsible for items until they reach our warehouse. Returns must reach us within 14 days of the original order date.
