Return Policy & How-To

Thank you for ordering with us. Do you need to return an item? No problem! Here at COÉGA, we fully understand that at times, there may be reasons that you might want to return something you have bought with us, so we are here to make sure we offer a quick and easy return. Please read our Returns Policy below and click the blue-coloured RETURNS FORM tab on the side of this page, to open the Return Request Form on your screen.

Returns Policy 

  • You can return your item(s) within 14 daysof receiving your order for a full refund (excluding the return fee and shipping costs).
  • Please fill out and submit the Returns form using the blue form tab on this page. You will receive an email confirmation from us guiding you further. 
  • A 25 AED Return fee and all shipping expenses will be the customer’s responsibility to pay and deducted from the refund amount. 
  • All items are quality controlled and checked before dispatching to a customer. A complete set must be included with your return. For example- a Modest 3-piece suit needs to be returned as a complete set that means Tunic, Trousers/tights & Shaela. 

Exchanges 

  • We do not offer exchanges. 
  • If you do need another size or colour, we suggest filling out the returns form for a refund and place another order as this would be the quickest way to get your new swimwear.  

Defective or Damaged Product

If you have received a defective/damaged product, please submit a Return request using the blue tab on this page. We will revert to you at the earliest opportunity and will replace the defective product at no extra cost to you. 

Delivery Refusal 

In case acustomer refuses to accept the order for any reason or places a returns request, shipping charges for delivery, returnsas well as the return fee and any applicable duties/taxes/fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Item Condition

  • Any item that is being returned must be in their original condition, unworn, must have the original packaging, all tags, sanitary labels, accessories and embellishments fully intact.  
  • Once COÉGA Sunwear has received your returned item, they will be inspected before a refund is issued. 
  • COÉGA Sunwear reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. 
  • Any excessive wear displayed on returned items will be reviewed by COÉGA Sunwear and may be refused at our sole discretion. 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are generally processed within 14 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. If payment was made by Credit card, the refund amount will be credit back to your account. Depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 14-45 additional business days before the funds are back on your credit card or bank account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way. 
  • The Return fee, Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed or refunded in any way. All future shipping charges for returns or store credit will also be the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  • Please ensure you retain proof of shipping/postage as we are not responsible for items until they reach our warehouse. Returns must reach us within 14 daysof receiving your order.
