Return Policy & How-To
Thank you for ordering with us. Do you need to return an item? No problem! Here at COÉGA, we fully understand that at times, there may be reasons that you might want to return something you have bought with us, so we are here to make sure we offer a quick and easy return.
To keep prices reasonable for all, we have some guidance for you, below.
All items are quality controlled and checked before dispatch to you. Please read our Returns Policy below and click the blue RETURNS FORM tab on the side of this page, to open the Return Request Form on your screen.
Returns Policy
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
● Items purchased on our site can be returned.
● To keep retail prices down and because we offer free shipping from our factory to you, a Return Fee of Dhs 25 will be deducted from the refund amount (this helps pay for return shipping back to our warehouse & restocking of items).
● Your refund will be issued on the same payment method used for purchase; credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (large discount, FINAL SALE PRICE items are treated differently - see below).
● Items purchased marked FINAL SALE PRICE on the product page are subject to an additional Restocking Fee of Dhs 25 (this pays for return shipping to our warehouse & restocking of the low or no-profit item).
● Refund for FINAL SALE PRICE items will be given as store credit, rather than the original payment method.
Process
● Please complete & submit the RETURNS FORM using the blue tab on this page. You will receive email confirmation from us, guiding you further.
● If you purchased a complete set, the same must be included with your return. For example- a Modest 3-piece suit needs to be returned as a complete set that means Tunic, Trousers/Tights & Shaela.
Refund & Repurchase, Rather Than Direct Exchange Saves You Time
To enhance service & to reduce delays, we offer a refund & repurchase process (rather than a direct exchange, which can take significant time with the communication & financial transactions involved).
● If you need another size or colour of the item, or a different item, we suggest filling out the returns form for a refund, then place another order - because this results in the fastest way for you to receive your new swimwear.
Defective or Damaged Product
If you have received a defective/damaged product, please submit a RETURN FORM using the blue tab on this page. We will contact you as soon as possible with confirmation that we will replace the defective product at no extra charge to you, and what to do next.
Delivery Refusal
In case a customer refuses to accept an order for any reason or places a returns request, shipping charges for delivery, returns and any applicable duties/taxes/fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Item Condition
Any item being returned must be in original condition, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags, sanitary labels, accessories, & embellishments fully intact.
● Once COÉGA Sunwear has received your returned item(s), they will be inspected before a refund is issued.
● COÉGA Sunwear reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn, or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
● Any excessive wear displayed on returned items will be reviewed by COÉGA Sunwear and may be refused at our sole discretion.
Refund Processing
Our goal is to issue your refund, as soon as possible, on to the same method you used for original payment (refund is by store credit for FINAL SALE PRICE items).
Once initiated, refunds via the Shopify/Stripe payments system are fairly-fast. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 5 business days for funds to appear on your card, however are usually faster. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way.
● Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse, however in certain cases such as holidays or situations where additional processing is required, may take up to 7 business days.
● Payments made by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; the refund amount will be credited back with that same method (unless the item is a FINAL SALE PRICE item, in which case the refund will be by store credit).
● Shipping charges will not be reimbursed or refunded.
● If you arrange return, rather than COEGA, please ensure you retain proof of shipping/postage as we are not responsible for items until they reach our warehouse. Returns must reach us within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.
